Unit now has less resistence. Ensured drum is mounted properly, rollers and belt are in proper position. Loaded unit with wet towels and sheets from customer, unit does spin properly now. advised customer to keep an eye on unit, if issue comes back roller and belt kit (DESAMKIT) would need to be replaced again."

"customer states heavy items are still coming out wet and some small items are getting stuck under agitator. tested unit, had unit fill to top of tub with water 8 times and skipped forward to spin cycle. unit is fully draining water in ideal target time and getting into a high speed spin properly. drain line is clear and not syphoning water back into washer. unit is filling, agitating, draining, and spinning properly. tightened agitator mounting screw to ensure agitator is as tight and low in tub as possible. recommended to customer to turn on extra rinse/spin option for each cycle as that will help clothes come out more to the customers desire."
