Customer complained of the door not unlocking after loads are done intermittently. She unplugs it for a day and then it unlocks when she plugs it back in. Error code F3E1 present. Customer stated that she inherited the machine recently. Checked air trap and pressure hose. Tested all functions and unable to duplicate the issue. Found that the customer was adding more than recommended amounts of concentrated and ultra concentrated soaps. Instructed customer to decrease the amount soap. Unit works as designed. If it keeps happening after the soap is decreased then it would be the pressure switch or control board. No way to tell which. We could try the pressure switch first to see. Then if it's the control board they stated they would buy a new machine.

"Customer complained of a loud noise during agitation. Error code F7E9 (Locked Rotor) saved. Found that the gearcase oil had leaked out onto the other drive components. Troubleshot the noise down to the motor and rotor grinding together. Also the sliders snap ring is heavily corroded and weakened. The gearcase, rotor, and motor need to be replaced. Also recommended that the snap ring be replaced with a slider kit. Customer declining to fix. Only charged the service fee."

Customer complaint of door not closing properly. On diagnosis I found the floor has a gap on the left side and the foot had fallen in to it. Repaired by getting foot on level floor. Secured mounting bracket to hold in place. Instructed customer if this happens again the will have to get a piece of flooring to take up the gap that the foot falls into. Unit works as it should
