Customer complained of intermittent error codes recently. Now the unit won't turn on. Troubleshot down to a failed user interface. Unable to pull any error codes without the unit being able to be turned on. Customer stated that the code may have been an F8 or F9. Without having the last E number for the error code there's no way to narrow it down. Nine possible codes that start with F8 or F9. Quoted the customer for the interface issue with the possibility of needing another part once we can pull codes and test functions. Customer is declining to fix currently. Only charged then service fee.

Possibly something on the high side causing the issue. Magnetron is the only part still available. Checked door switches and opened/closed the door multiple times with no issues.
