This super easy (and slightly spicy) Weight Watchers Chili Recipe is filling, comforting and is a Weight Watcher's zero point recipe on their Freestyle Program at the time of publication.

If you are not on WW, or if you want to make a delicious side dish for the family, this Zero point chili goes very well with my easy cornbread recipe from scratch. I love that I can serve this as a hearty, flavorful spicy chicken chili and no one even cares that it just happens to work with my WW plan.

Why this Weight Watcher Chili?

Hello Friends!

This week we hunkered down and watched Black Panther movie this weekend and I loved it. Lots of action, suspense and even a little bit of a love story. The special effects were really good too and I can see why it got a 97% on Rotton Tomatoes. Since it was chilly this weekend, I decided to make some Chicken Chili.

I honestly make this Weight Watchers chili recipe a little different from time to time, and this is my slightly spicy version (especially good on a cold evening).

It is also zero points on the new weight watcher system (until you top it with cheese). It is filling and hearty without being loaded with points on the Blue plan.

Plus it is super simple, this easy chicken chili recipe comes together in just one pot so it is both easy to prepare and easy for clean up.

I love this recipe! The fact that it’s Weight Watchers friendly is a bonus, but I certainly did not miss any flavor. I love how you can spice it up or leave it mild. Definitely a reliable stand-by recipe for me! 🥰
