I ordered a Silver Kruggerand through Apmex. I received it in perfect condition several days ahead of the promised delivery date. I have ordered from them before, and I will order from them again. I also ordered two (2) uncirculated American Eagle 2024 Silver Dollars. I received them ahead of delivery as well. The packaging, in both instances, was impeccable and very secure. I don't think you can beat their value or products.

The customer service department is excellent and very responsive to questions and concerns. I highly recommend them if you wish to order gold and silver from a safe, secure, and totally legitimate company.

Great company, service, website, amount of products offered, and ease of use. Only company I will be using for this. The only thing I wish was available is the 5oz bar tubes but I found some holders on Amazon. I'm also using one gold, thank you for what you offer Apmex, gives me some peace of mind. APMEX has the HIGHEST MARK UP on gold, silver, platinum and palladium. Compared with every other seller APMEX is the MOST EXPENSIVE for gold, silver, platinum and palladium. The customer service is ok.... They really are trying their best. I know this because I've had to reach out to them often with issues related to billing errors. But most importantly, APMEX is the MOST EXPENSIVE sellers of precious metals.

Ordered 8 uncirculated coins from APMEX, Four Morgan and 4 Peace dollars. One of each was a circulated coin determined after being sent off for grading grading. When I contacted the company they stated "So sorry it's after 7 days nothing we can do." You can send a request but most likely nothing gonna happen. If you want uncirculated coins make sure you order graded coins. This is really a scam because they price the coins as uncirculated but most people will not be able to tell the difference once received unless taken to a professional or sent for grading. SCAM be careful.

Punctuality & Speed

I Have done business for over ten years with APMEX. Each time I have placed an order, I have always received excellent and honest service and timely delivery. I like their no-additional-charge shipping and handling policy for orders above a very easy to meet minimum.

I was able to receive my orders in a timely fashion from APMEX! APMEX has such a great supply of Silver coins, it is often difficult to find something to buy, because the selections are vast... which is a good thing of course!!

Jan 23 received note that the check had been mailed, expect in 5-7 days. Today is Feb 8. No check. No online remedy available. Back to the phone. Melissa tried for my ACH number again. What is wrong with you people? She then kept me on hold for ten minutes "waiting for my team to get back to me". I mentioned I wouldn't mind an overnight check, as this delay was on them. "We don't have access to that". In Oklahoma City? You walk down to the post office, or print a UPS mailer. DON'T tell me "we can't" when you mean "we won't". Here's hoping the replacement check shows up in 5-7 working days, i.e. February 15-19. For a gold coin received by UPS on January 12.

Canceled three orders by credit card for no reason. First, they told me it was the bank (credit card issuer); the bank confirmed it was not them. Then APMEX told me it was because my billing address for the credit card was wrong and they would fix that. Finally they told me (third call to customer service) that I had to establish a history of paying by other methods such as wire before they would accept my credit card. This is the only vendor I have ever had a problem with; perfect credit and long history with credit card use. Avoid APMEX and find someone who appreciates your business.
