Instructions
VEGAN VERSION
Mix 60 g (2 level scoops) with 300 ml of water in a shaker. Shake and enjoy!
NON-VEGAN VERSION
Mix 40 g (1 heaped scoop) with 300 ml of skimmed milk (0,1% fat) or vegetable drink (energy content: 100-155 kJ/24-37 kcal per 100 ml) in a shaker. Shake and enjoy!
