Next-level Super Bowl parties are on the menu on and off the Las Vegas Strip (2024)

The Big Game gets bigger every year while watching it becomes increasingly complicated. There were once three television networks, of which one would have the rights to broadcast the highest-rated sports event of the year with advertisers footing the bill. Now apps, subscriptions, streaming services and social media compete for eyeballs. This makes Las Vegas the most ideal destination outside of State Farm Stadium to view Super Bowl LVII as the game will be shown on practically every available screen on or near the Strip.

Viewing parties, game day dining and drink specials are the three elements of a superlative Vegas Super Bowl Sunday. The STRAT offers access to a “tailgate-inspired” Big Showdown Buffet and state-of-the-art video walls inside PT’s Wings & Sports and William Hill Sports Book. A smorgasbord featuring boneless wings, bacon-wrapped hot dogs and build-your-own nachos will be available high-altitude at The View Lounge as well.

Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas serves up all-you-can-eat Bavarian-style fare in its beer hall and garden setting, with a party package that includes homemade macaroni and cheese, braumeister bier chili, Bavarian goulash soup and golden brown Jägerschnitzel.

Paradise Road neighbor Virgin Hotels Las Vegas has all options in its restaurant roster, focused on no-limit menus with Casa Calavera, chef Kris Yenbamroong’s Night + Market, Nick Mathers’ Kassi Beach House and One Steakhouse providing per-person pricing for their game-day menus.

Pub 365 at Tuscany Suites and Casino offers another off-Strip option that beer lovers can drink in, as it takes its name from the 365 craft beers it serves up alongside traditional pub food.

Caviar Bar at Resorts World Las Vegas has “high-end football favorites” including Korean-style wings, wagyu sliders, lobster rolls and a half-rack of ribs, while nearby Carversteak has a tantalizing array of delectables, from fried devilled eggs to fondue-loaded french fries.

Downtown Las Vegas casino dude Derek Stevens has a Big Game Bash planned for Circa Resort & Casino and The D. Circa claims bragging rights to having the world’s largest sportsbook with a 78-million-pixel, high-definition screen and stadium seating. Circa’s Stadium Swim, meanwhile, promises optimal viewing for pyrotechnic and visual effects due to its outdoor big-screen setting. For an even more you-are-there feel, the Downtown Watch Zone at Downtown Las Vegas Events Center adjacent to The D is another outdoor option with reservable man caves.

Strip sportsbooks from MGM Grand on the south end to Sahara Las Vegas on the northern tip are sure bets for maximum excitement. The betting mecca at Caesars Palace may be packed, but passers-by can still feel the electricity and catch plays. Party spot highlights include Bound co*cktail Lounge at The Cromwell, Brooklyn Bowl at The Linq Promenade, Libertine Social at Mandalay Bay, Montecristo Cigar Bar at Caesars, The Nomad Bar and Primrose at Park MGM, and Public House at Luxor. Wherever you go, party hosts are always on point—because dropping the ball is not an option.

One of downtown Las Vegas’ newest restaurants, Bacon Nation at The D, offers a “bacon it happen” menu for the game. For large groups—20-plus or two groups of 12—looking for the perfect room, Bacon Nation is offering its private dining rooms, complete with all-you-can-eat platters and drink packages for $250 per person. The offerings include Big Pig nachos, featuring pulled pork and chorizo, Sooie Sliders, made with bacon, Taylor ham, crispy pork tenderloin and fried onions, and chili cheese fries. For a real tailgate experience, order a keg of your choice: Modelo Especial, Bud Light, Coors Light, Blue Moon or Mango Cart.

Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino has plenty of Super Bowl party options across its multitude of venues:

Blondies Sports Bar & Grill begins its festivities at 1:30 p.m. at a cost of $325 per person, which includes an open bar and premium buffet;

Cabo Wabo Cantina features and all-you-can-eat-and-drink party for $250 per person, which includes nachos, chicken wings, carne asada and chicken sliders;

Flights Restaurant & Bar offers a food and drink package for $195 per person;

Pampas Brazilian Grille offers a buffet and unlimited beer, house wine and well drinks from 3 to 7 p.m. for $69.99 per person.

Trustworthy Brewing Co. at The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian offers an unlimited premium bar package from noon until the game is over for $175 per person. This includes Trustworthy signature draft beers, Las Vegas original drafts and Trustworthy special releases, as well as red and white wines by the glass.

Silverton Casino offers bottomless drinks from 3 p.m. until the conclusion of the game ($40 in advance, $50 at the door) at Shady Grove Lounge and Mermaid Lounge, plus, at an additional cost, baskets of wings and fries, steak nachos, bacon-wrapped hot dogs and much more.

Head to Mountain’s Edge and El Luchador Mexican Kitchen Cantina at 3 p.m. for all-you-can-eat tacos and enchiladas, mini tostadas, burritos, house-made margaritas, well drinks and more for $80 per person.

Rí Rá Irish Pub at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place offers a variety of items that Super Bowl tailgaters will enjoy, including Guinness bratwursts, BBQ nachos, pretzels and beer cheese and corned beef wontons.

For some football fun and laugh, head to Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club at The Linq Promenade, where a viewing party will be hosted from 3 to 7:30 p.m., followed by stand-up courtesy of former Saturday Night Live cast member Chris Kattan at 7:30 p.m. and Luenell at 9:30 p.m.

At The Venetian, two of its premier co*cktail bars and lounges offer viewing parties starting at 2 p.m.: Electra co*cktail Club, with a 40-foot-wide digital display, and The Dorsey, with eight TVs. At each, the game day package includes a bottle of your choice: Ketel One, Don Julio or Crown Royal. In addition, you can order pizzas, burgers, wings and more. (A more intimate experience will be available at The Venetian’s Rosina.)

The Venetian also has game day specials at several of its restaurants:

Buddy V’s Ristorante offers all-you-can-eat delights from his menu like Grandma’s meatballs, hot wings, sausage and peppers and Tuscan cheese fries, as well as a three-hour open bar with well co*cktails, house wine and bottled beer for $150 person;

Yardbird Southern Table & Bar serves up its classics (like deviled eggs, St. Louis-style pork ribs, burgers, beer and Bloody Marys) in a variety of package options. Reserve a sofa that seats six for a minimum food and beverage spend of $800, grab a seat in the lounge for $150 per person or grab a barstool for $100 per person;

Chica serves up specials like birra nachos, Chica wings and mac sliders.

Over at Illuminarium at AREA15, enjoy the Super Bowl on one of the largest 360-degree screens in the city. There will also be a pre-game tailgate party starting at 2:30 p.m. As you feel like you’re in the center of the action, enjoy buckets of beer, wings, rib platters, specialty co*cktails and more. Early bird tickets are $50; general admission is $75 ($100 at the door on game day). You can also reserve a table for up to 10 people ($750 per table reservation).
