About the Author

DANIEL GERCKE is a writer living in Brooklyn, New York. He has written cookbooks about pies, chickens, and zombies, but at heart he has always been a Green Eggs and Ham kind of guy. He shares a very lively kitchen with his wife, Melissa Clark, and their daughter, Dahlia.CHRISTOPHER TESTANI was born and raised in upstate New York and studied cinema and photography at Ithaca College.
